Tool Coolants

Marko Tool Kool is a synthetic, water soluble cutting fluid designed for the machining, cutting and grinding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Unlike conventional oil emulsion coolants, it provides clear visibility of machine operation and reduces smoke and fume accumulations. Tool Kool doesn’t irritate the skin, and it is flame resistant, making for safer use. Its high resistance to bacteria attack gives Tool Kool a longer product life. Tool Kool is inhibited to rust and corrosion, and is compatible with water of any hardness. Directions: Effective and suitable for use in working: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Vanadium -Molybdenum, Nitralloy-Titanium, Inconel-Monel Aluminum Alloys, Bronze Beryllium Copper-Boron Carbide and many Specialty Alloys. May be used with or without water dilution depending on the job requirements. This product dilutes clear in all proportions for complete job visibility. It is suggested that more difficult job trials be made with the fluid as is. If the results are satisfactory, further dilution up to 1:15 can be tried to determine the most economical dilution. Non-irritating to the skin, non -foaming, non flammable and not vulnerable to bacterial attack. Can be removed with cold water or chlorinated degreasing solvents and leaves a passive, inhibited work piece.
