Company Policies

We do our best to insure that every experience you have with us is a pleasant one. The following guidelines help us provide the best possible service.

In the Upstate of South Carolina, Marko primarily ships your order via our own trucks. Our drivers are experienced and courteous. They do their best to insure that you receive your products as specified, in good condition, with a smile included. If for any reason you feel that we have not lived up to your expectations, call us immediately. Normally, all orders ship within two business days of placement. In the case of large cleaning machines, three to four days should be expected, as many of them ship directly from the manufacturers.

UPS

Orders from outside our local service area will be shipped via UPS or best way on trucking line. In most cases, standard shipping rates will apply.

Canadian Shipments: Import brokerage fees for UPS Standard to Canada shipments are collected upon delivery by UPS. If you wish to find out what the fees will be on your order, please tally the cost of the items you are purchasing (do not include the shipping cost) and look up the duties and brokerage fees on the UPS Customs Clearance Chart located here: Customs Clearance Chart or download the chart. IMPORTANT: Orders refused upon delivery and returned to us without authorization will NOT BE REFUNDED.

Receiving

Marko\'s dock is open for receiving shipments from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Please note that we appreciate an hour from noon till 1:00 for lunch. Thanks!

Return Policy

No credits will be issued for returns without authorization number. Call toll free 1-866-466-2756 for to obtain authorization.

If you purchase an item from our store and it is absolutely not what you thought it would be, then we will issue a UPS call tag for pickup of the item. Due to the very low markup on our internet items, we will ask for you to pay for the return freight. Your card will be credited, with the exception of the UPS charge, when we receive the item back in good condition. If you have a question that we may help you with, so as to avoid as much uncertainty as possible, you are welcome to call toll free 1-866-466-2756, and we’ll try to help you decide if the item will be right for you.

Marko goes to great lengths to make sure all orders are delivered promptly, as described, and in the quality and condition expected. In general, a restocking fee of 10% will be applied to returned items. In the rare case that an item must be returned due to a mistake on our part, the restocking fee and return shipment costs will be waived. However, items returned for other reasons may be subject to the restocking fee plus shipping charges on the returned item.

RETURNS OF CLEANING MACHINES AND LARGE EQUIPMENT: NO RETURNS WILL BE AUTHORIZED. MANUFACTURER\'S WARRANTIES ARE IN PLACE AND WILL BE HANDLED THROUGH MARKO. IF YOU PURCHASE A MACHINE AND HAVE TROUBLE WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD, CALL US TOLL FREE: 1-866-466-2756.

Damage Policy

If your order from UPS or trucking line arrives damaged, refuse the shipment. Call Marko toll free at 1-866-466-2756 immediately to report the damage. As soon as UPS or the trucking line verifies the damages, we will re-ship your order with fresh item(s). This usually only takes a few hours.

Closing Schedules

As a general rule, Marko closes the week of July 4th, the week of Christmas, two days at Thanksgiving, Good Friday, Labor Day and Memorial Day.
